As Teamtailor’s Bilingual Senior Partnerships Manager, you will deploy the global partnerships strategy locally. You will map Canada’s landscape, identify partners, and build a revenue-generating portfolio. The work spans qualification, discovery, activation, nurturing, and partner marketing across North America.

Deploy Teamtailor’s global playbook across the Canadian market
Manage strategic relationships and expand partner revenue contribution
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership
Track trends,



benchmarks, product knowledge, and regional partner marketing
Requirements: Proven SaaS tech or channel partnerships experience
Commercial drive toward revenue and lead generation targets
Solid qualification, discovery, activation, and nurturing skills
Resourceful, independent problem-solving and execution
Based in Toronto and available in-office two days weekly
