Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Senior Manager leads warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and broader operations. The position supports technology adoption, operational excellence, organizational alignment, and customer-focused service delivery within a complex setting.
Key Responsibilities: Lead warehouse and logistics operations across Supply Chain functions
Improve processes and end-to-end Supply Chain integration
Manage facilities, inventory, vendors, transportation, and customs
Monitor KPIs, workforce plans, and performance management processes




Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and cross training
Requirements: University Degree or College Diploma
Eight to ten years of experience
Leadership experience managing teams in complex operational environments
Experience leading SAP EWM/WM implementations and integrations
Experience with warehouse projects and inventory optimization
Bring strategic leadership, SAP expertise, and inventory optimization experience to OPG’s Whitby supply chain operations team.
