As Plant and Operations Manager, you report to the Facility General Manager and lead the maintenance department’s direction and performance. You will improve procedures, oversee the CMMS, manage staff and inventories, and ensure accurate parts sourcing and costing. The position also supports planning, forecasting, documentation, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily maintenance operations and department inventories
Maintain compliance and ensure safety procedures are followed
Recruit, train, and manage technical staff talent
Complete preventive, technical, financial, and procedural documentation




Analyze department performance indicators and industry trends
Requirements: Five years of maintenance management experience
Diploma or degree in engineering, business, or technical studies
Strategic leadership focused on business processes
Integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and attention to detail
Robust written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Use CMMS oversight, compliance leadership, and maintenance management expertise to strengthen Dexterra Group’s operational performance.
