QNX seeks a Senior Software Engineering Manager to guide its Development Tools suite and QNX Software Center. You will build high-performing teams, mentor talent, and drive product excellence. The work spans IDE-based tools, device-side services, customer requirements, and tool qualification.
Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering teams through direction, coaching, and continuous development
Guide technical decisions, design discussions, and architectural alignment
Oversee development and maintenance of QNX tools and services
Review designs, code, specifications, and unit test implementations




Resolve complex software issues and champion product reliability
Requirements: Success leading engineering teams in product-driven environments
Technical depth balanced with strategic oversight
Experience coaching engineers and developing future leaders
Embedded software development in C or tools development experience
Foundation in ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 standards
