As Manager, Social Impact, you will support the Maple Leaf Centre for Food Security and its goal to reduce food insecurity. The role combines grants management, research partnerships, reporting, communications, and project management. You will help expand Food Rx and food benefit programs while leading Raise the Good in the Neighbourhood.
Key Responsibilities: Advance Food Rx and food benefit programs
Prepare materials for quarterly board meetings
Manage partner relationships, grants, and funded programs
Coordinate social impact reporting and communications
Lead volunteer recruitment, training, and opportunities
Requirements: Seven to ten years’ social impact experience
Proficiency in grants management and research methods
Robust analytical and project management skills
Stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution abilities
Independent work style with minimal supervision
Bring social impact leadership, research, grants management, and stakeholder engagement to Maple Leaf Foods’ food security work.
