NTT DATA Services seeks a senior techno-functional consultant combining Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement expertise with Power Platform delivery. The work spans business analysis, requirements discovery, solution design, Dataverse, integrations, and ALM. Customer Service and Field Service knowledge are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, process analysis, and solution-design sessions
Translate requirements into user stories, specifications, models, and designs
Configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
Design Dataverse, Power Automate, integration,



and reporting capabilities
Support testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and operational transition
Requirements: Minimum five years across all stated skills
Robust Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service experience
Advanced Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate experience
Hands-on C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, Web API, and REST integrations
Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and ALM experience
