A&M; Energy seeks Director-level talent with energy-sector experience across oil, gas, liquefied natural gas, or natural gas liquids. You will support management and investors through operational, consulting, and industry expertise. The work spans client issue identification, analysis, recommendations, deliverable quality, team management, and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities: Identify key client business issues and service priorities
Determine client needs using creative assessment approaches
Validate analysis and develop engagement recommendations




Oversee deliverable quality and manage day-to-day relationships
Develop and present proposals for business development
Requirements: Seven to ten-plus years of consulting or industry experience
Significant top-tier management consulting experience
Experience leading projects in Traditional Oil & Gas and Mining
Ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis
Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA is a plus
Lead energy consulting engagements through operational insight, structured analysis, client recommendations, and high-quality delivery at A&M.;
