- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assistance with mobility and daily routines
- Promoting client safety, comfort, and independence
- Reporting changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate team members Qualifications
- Completion of a PSW, HCA, or CCA training program is required.
- Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or a similar setting is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to client care.
- Reliable, professional,



and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow established care plans.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
