Job Overview As a UPS Store CSR, you’ll support customers with retail services, product information, and efficient transactions. You’ll help create a welcoming store experience by communicating clearly, managing your time, and keeping service and sales activities organized. Duties
- Assist customers with their needs, provide product demos, and explain technology and other retail offerings.
- Process purchases using POS systems, handle cash, complete basic math, and maintain accurate transactions.
- Support merchandising, recommend relevant products, and use thoughtful upselling to help customers choose suitable options.

Qualifications Required: Customer service, communication, English proficiency, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, POS use, time management, and organizational skills support daily service and transactions. Preferred: Retail sales, sales, technology sales, product demos, upselling, and technical sales experience are valuable; bilingual or multilingual abilities can help you serve a broader range of customers. Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week Work
