Restaurant Crew Member (Kitchen & Front Counter) Saigon Grillz – Mississauga, ON POSITION OVERVIEW Saigon Grillz is a new Vietnamese fast-casual restaurant specializing in freshly grilled rice bowls. We are looking for reliable, hardworking Crew Members to join our opening team. Crew Members work across different stations, including POS, grill, fry station, food assembly, morning prep, and dining areas. Our operation follows simple, standardized procedures to ensure fast, efficient, and consistent service. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take customer orders, operate POS, and process payments.
- Prepare and grill marinated meats according to restaurant standards.
- Operate fry stations to prepare spring rolls, fried chicken, and other menu items.
- Marinate meats and prepare vegetables, sauces, spring rolls, and other ingredients.
- Assemble rice bowls and package takeout orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.




- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work as a team and rotate between stations as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Grill, fryer, or food preparation experience is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow standardized procedures.
- Flexible availability, including weekends. JOB DETAILS
