About the OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate, dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing interdisciplinary team. Given that we are looking for "the right" physiotherapist, this opportunity offers a competitive earning split structure. In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals (including massage therapists and chiropractors) to provide evidence-based, client-centered care. Key Responsibilities
- Assessment & Diagnosis: Perform physical evaluations, obtain medical histories, and conduct standardized testing to determine exact clinical diagnoses.
- Treatment Planning: Create, implement, and adapt customized rehabilitation programs utilizing manual therapy, guided therapeutic exercise, and modal therapeutic devices.
- Collaboration: Coordinate care paths with referring physicians, insurance providers,



and the internal multi-disciplinary team.

Education:
Instruct clients and caregivers on independent pain management, adaptive aids, and injury prevention strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely charts (using our Jane app software) in alignment with regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university.
- Licensure: Active registration and good standing with the local provincial regulatory college.
- Certifications: Valid CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Core

Skills:
Strong critical thinking, excellent interpersonal communication, and proficient computer literacy.
- Incorporated: The Physiotherapist must maintain an active corporate status.
