Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chocolatier to join our team. A background in food preparation, baking, and kitchen experience is essential for success in this position. Duties
- Prepare and craft a variety of chocolates, truffles, and confections with attention to detail and presentation
- Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including measuring, mixing, and packaging products
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before packaging for sale or display
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment sanitation and storage
- Package finished products carefully for retail or wholesale distribution, ensuring product integrity during transport




- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing products based on customer feedback Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery workplace is highly desirable
- Skilled in food preparation, baking, and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of the food industry standards for food safety and food handling practices
- Experience with kitchen operations, including cleaning, packaging, and maintaining hygiene standards
- Strong customer service skills to engage with clients or retail customers when needed
