Overview As a Serving team member, you’ll welcome guests, take orders, and provide attentive service throughout their visit. You’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep service smooth and help guests enjoy a clean, comfortable dining experience. Duties
- Greet guests, answer questions, take orders, and communicate requests clearly to the kitchen and service team.
- Serve food and beverages, check guest satisfaction, and suggest suitable menu items through thoughtful upselling.
- Use POS or Micros POS to enter orders, process payments, handle cash, and complete basic math accurately.
- Follow food handling, food safety, preparation, and sanitation practices while keeping service areas tidy. Skills Required: Strong customer service, time management, basic math, and clear communication support accurate orders, attentive guest services, and dependable teamwork. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, or hospitality experience; familiarity with Serving, POS or Micros POS, cashiering, cash handling, food preparation, sanitation, and upselling is helpful.
