Summary Prime Boiler Services is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead business operations across our Pacific Region. This role is responsible for overall regional performance, including safety, customer satisfaction, financial results, people leadership, operational excellence, and growth. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive accountability, and ensure exceptional service delivery while partnering across multiple business functions. Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day regional operations across service, shop services, PMAs, parts, and water treatment.
- Own regional P&L; performance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and operational results.
- Develop and lead a strong team through coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and succession development.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, service recovery, and long-term relationship management.
- Partner with Sales and functional leaders to support profitable regional growth and lifecycle service opportunities.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality operations while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators including productivity, capacity, backlog, customer service, and financial performance. What We're Looking For
- Significant leadership experience within industrial services, mechanical contracting, HVAC, energy, equipment rental,



or another technical service environment.
- Experience leading field service teams and multi-location or geographically distributed operations.
- Strong business acumen with P&L; responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and operational management experience.
- Proven ability to build teams, develop leaders, and drive accountability.
- Strong customer relationship management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver's licence and eligibility to work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with boiler, steam, or industrial thermal systems.
- Technical trade background or Journeyperson certification.
- Experience with service agreements, recurring revenue models, rentals, Lean, continuous improvement, or EOS/Traction. Why Join Prime?
