About KeepConnected Since 2002, KeepConnected has helped Ottawa households and small businesses with their technology. Most of our members are seniors who want a patient, honest person they can trust, and many are small businesses under 30 employees who need reliable IT without a full time department. We make house calls, we explain things in plain language, and we bill transparently on one easy hourly meter. Pay $60,000 a year plus a $4,800 a year car allowance ($400 a month).

What you'll do
You'll be in members' homes and offices most days, plus remote sessions from wherever you are between visits:
- Fix computers, phones, tablets, printers and home networks
- Set up new laptops and desktops and move people's data across
- Handle Microsoft 365 administration for small business clients
- Help members spot and avoid scams, without making anyone feel foolish
- Close out every job yourself: record your true time, apply the dispatch fee, deduct hours for clients with prepaid blocks, flag any warranty work as non billable, and take payment on the spot That last part matters. We're looking for someone who treats accurate billing as part of doing the job well,



not as paperwork. What you need
- Your own reliable vehicle, a valid Ontario driver's licence and business use insurance. We provide a monthly car allowance and a signed T2200 so you can claim vehicle expenses on your taxes.
- Solid experience with Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Microsoft 365
- Patience and warmth with older clients who aren't comfortable with technology
- Comfort handling payments and getting the numbers right every time
- Good judgement working alone in people's homes Nice to have
- French (spoken)
- Experience with Atera, Square or another RMM or point of sale tool
- A+, Microsoft or Apple certifications Pay: $60,000.00 per year Application question(s):
