CNC Machinist – Mazak Lathes | Day Shift TMR Customs | Newmarket, Ontario Permanent, full-time | Monday–Friday | 40–44 hours per week TMR Customs designs and manufactures high-quality fabrication tools, off-road parts, and garage organizers used by fabricators, racers, and enthusiasts across North America. We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who takes ownership of their work and wants to help us grow our manufacturing capabilities. What You’ll Do
- Program, set up, and operate multiple Mazak Lathes. Example: Mazak QTS200, QT10MSY.
- Program, set up, and operate Cobot Loader and Bar Feeder.
- Operate Mazak VCU510C Mill.
- Manage jobs from initial setup through production, consistently meeting quality and output goals.
- Monitor machining performance and improve cycle times, tool life, and efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain consistent quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- A willingness to share your knowledge, train colleagues, and pass along machining skills, tips, and tricks that help the whole team improve. What You Bring
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience, preferably with Mazak lathes and Mazatrol controls.
- Solid setup, troubleshooting, and precision measurement skills.
- The ability to work independently and keep production moving.




- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality parts.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
- A positive attitude, practical problem-solving skills, and a team-first approach.
