Overview Systems Trainer with solid experience conducting system training on one of the following ERP, HRIS, CRM, Salesforce and LMS Platforms. Proven experience developing and delivering practical training that helps employees use and workplace systems confidently. This role combines instructional material design, system content development, teaching, and communication to support effective system adoption and a positive learning experience. Duties
- Must have a warm, friendly personality with robust engagement skills to patiently support users at all levels.
- Must have 3-5 Years conducting system training on ERP, HRIS, CRM, Salesforce and LMS Platforms
- Experience in change management ProSci or other methoologies. Design and update training materials, presentations, and learning activities using instructional design principles and content development practices.
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions, applying teaching, public speaking,



and presentation skills to explain system processes clearly.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions , gather learner feedback and data,
- Partner with IT, HR and and change management teams to align training with system updates and employee needs. Your impact: clear, timely training helps colleagues adopt systems and complete their work with confidence.

Qualifications:
University or College Diploma with 3-5 years experience providing systems training and support Excellent communication skills in writing and verbal, content development, and instructional design capabilities are essential for creating useful materials and delivering clear, engaging system training.
