Job Overview: We are looking for an eager, motivated and cheerful individual to join our expanding team as a Dental Receptionist. This candidate has the prospect to grow within a fast-paced, patient-centered office. Our dental team is made up of 2 Dentists, 5 Hygienists, 3 Dental Assistants and 4 Administrative staff members. We provide services for all ages in preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

Responsibilities:
1. Patient Relations:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients to confirm upcoming visits or treatment plans. 2. Administrative Duties:
- Answer phones
- Process payments
- Electronically send and receive claims to insurance companies regarding treatments
- Transmit correspondence and medical records by mail,



e-mail or fax 3.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of medical office experience
- Ability to multi-task
