Key Responsibilities: Manage steady-state Athena chatbot maintenance and issue coordination
Operate procurement technology solutions and review supplier records
Monitor Global Procurement Policy compliance and operational KPIs
Lead cross-functional initiatives across the department




Coach direct reports and assign work toward development plans
Requirements: Three-plus years as an Operations Lead
Two-plus years in project management and change management
Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel formula skills
Two-plus years developing PowerBI or Tableau dashboards
Two-plus years developing operational processes and manuals
