As a Strategic Change Manager, you will drive change from initiation through implementation and sustainment. You will advise leaders, analyze impacts across people, processes, products, and channels, and develop solutions aligned with business strategy. Your work supports informed decisions and desired business results.
Key Responsibilities: Lead change strategy planning and implementation activities
Analyze change impacts, risks, and business implications
Advise stakeholders on complex change environments
Build communications plans for awareness and understanding
Monitor adoption and implement corrective actions
Requirements: Five to seven years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
In-depth business analysis and project delivery knowledge
Robust communication, collaboration, influence, and analytical skills
Prosci Certification
