Insight Global seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst for a Commercial Banking initiative. The role bridges business and technology teams across legacy modernization and new application builds. Robust KYC/AML knowledge, Jira experience, and technical documentation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Gather and validate business and technical requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Define current-state and future-state processes and gaps
Develop and execute test cases for requirements
Support UAT, validation, sign-off, and defect management
Requirements: Five or more years of Business Analyst experience
Strong KYC/AML and banking domain knowledge
Commercial Banking experience
Understanding of SDLC through implementation
Strong Jira, traceability, UAT, and testing experience
Apply technical analysis, KYC knowledge, SDLC expertise, and testing skills to Commercial Banking modernization and new applications.
