Stantec seeks a Project Controls Supervisor to guide teams across renewables, power delivery, oil and gas, mining, and other markets. You will oversee cost and schedule controls, support project delivery, and manage priorities across offices and geographies. The position requires travel and full-time availability.
Key Responsibilities: Guide Project Controls team development, performance, training, and career growth
Oversee cost and schedule issue resolution and escalation decisions
Lead complex project assignments and challenging client environments
Develop project controls procedures, tools, and systems




Oversee planning, forecasting, budgeting, and earned value analysis
Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of project controls experience
Two to three years in a supervisory role
Engineering management, EPC, or EPCM environment experience
Robust organizational, communication, and task management skills
Excellent Primavera, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Adobe skills
