As Senior Software Team Lead, you will guide on-site and remote developers across embedded systems, robotics software, and supporting applications. You will own architecture, coordinate technical execution, and collaborate with engineering leadership. The work spans UAVs, sensors, cloud services, and advanced data processing.
Key Responsibilities: Lead on-site and remote software engineers
Own software architecture, stability, and scalability
Guide embedded and robotics software development
Coordinate hardware-software integration with engineering teams
Mentor engineers and plan delivery priorities
Requirements: Eight-plus years of professional software development experience
Experience leading distributed software teams
Solid embedded systems or robotics software background
Experience with complex software architectures
Experience with ArduPilot, ROS2, or similar systems
Bring technical leadership, debugging expertise, and robotics software experience to Reblade’s real-world autonomous systems in Denmark.
