Key Responsibilities: Define Desjardins’s vision for artificial intelligence, data, and IT roles
Govern and prioritize the Information Technology AI initiative portfolio
Establish governance, value tracking, and benefits measurement mechanisms
Support responsible AI adoption and current ways of working




Mobilize and develop multidisciplinary transformation professionals
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum ten years of relevant experience
At least five years in management or leadership
Experience with organizational transformation, strategy, or strategic portfolio management
French required; advanced intermediate English proficiency required
