As a Reconstruction Field Project Manager, you will oversee daily on-site execution following water, fire, or mold losses. You will create restoration scopes, manage subcontractors, coordinate materials, and control project budgets. The position also requires permits, inspections, safety compliance, and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Create restoration scopes with homeowners and property managers
Hire and manage construction trade subcontractors
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce OSHA policies
Apply for permits and coordinate inspections
Track expenses,



updates, photographs, and project communications
Requirements: Four or more years managing construction projects
Effective communication with clients and stakeholders
Robust organization and prioritization abilities
