As a Cybersecurity Platform Specialist at Vice President level, you will administer and operate workload protection across on-premises and public cloud environments. The role centers on Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud-native security platforms, and GitOps automation. You will help secure containerized applications through platform deployment, lifecycle management, and operational support. French and English knowledge is required for this Montreal-based position.
Key Responsibilities: Administer Wiz and Prisma Cloud Compute across Kubernetes environments
Deploy workload protection on OpenShift, AKS, EKS, and GKE
Onboard clusters with Kubernetes platform teams
Maintain Helm, Argo CD,



and FluxCD automation
Troubleshoot deployment, networking, and integration issues
Requirements: Six or more years administering enterprise Kubernetes or OpenShift platforms
Experience operating cloud-native workload protection solutions
Expertise with Kubernetes security, networking, and lifecycle management
Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, and secrets management experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Support secure, scalable Kubernetes services at Morgan Stanley using workload protection, GitOps, automation, and cloud expertise.
