This Systems Assurance Manager role focuses on safety assurance within railway and urban transport projects. You will lead analysis, requirements, documentation, and assurance reporting while coordinating with delivery leaders and Independent Safety Assessors. Egis seeks substantial experience in systems assurance, cybersecurity, safety, security, Fire Life Safety, Human Factor Analysis, or RAM within rail transportation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead system safety assurance analysis and management plans
Identify and oversee safety and security requirements implementation
Coordinate safety reviews and closure of open issues




Ensure complete documentation before safety gates
Perform safety assurance analysis and develop mitigation reports
Requirements: Relevant engineering degree; master’s degree preferred
Eight-plus years’ railway industry experience required
Ten-plus years’ related rail transportation experience preferred
Understanding of safety-related standards and rail signaling
Solid leadership, team management, mentoring, and analytical abilities
Use railway safety assurance, requirements management, and analytical capabilities to strengthen Egis delivery across complex rail projects.
