As Senior Manager Supply Chain, you will provide strategic oversight within OPG’s Supply Chain, Plant Operations team. The position covers warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and broader supply chain operations. You will support technology adoption, operational excellence, organizational alignment, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Lead warehouse and logistics operations and end-to-end supply chain integration
Manage facilities, inventory, vendors, contracts, transportation, customs, and returns
Establish operational KPIs, workforce plans,



and performance management processes
Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and cross-training
Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to standardize processes
Requirements: University degree or college diploma
Eight to ten years of experience
Leadership experience in complex operational environments
Experience leading SAP EWM or WM implementations
Experience leading warehouse relocations or capital projects
Bring strategic leadership, SAP expertise, and inventory optimization experience to OPG’s supply chain operations and service delivery.
