Reporting to the Regional Director, the Director of Human Resources serves on the Senior Management Team. You will oversee HR operations, guide leaders, develop the HR team, and support organizational priorities. Lead, coach, and support the Human Resource team
Advise leaders on people management challenges and needs

records, and compliance
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Eight or more years of human resource management experience
Industrial sector experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and legal regulations
Strategic planning, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
