As Project Controls Manager, you provide overall leadership for costing and scheduling. You lead scheduling, estimating, cost control, subcontract, and document control teams. Your work supports forecasting, reporting, change management, and project strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary project controls teams across project sites
Develop resource-loaded schedules and analyze critical paths
Maintain project budgets, control estimates, and accurate costing
Manage scope changes, claims, risks, and contractual disputes
Issue progress, cost, schedule,



and earned-value reporting
Requirements: Ten years of progressive project controls experience
Four years of supervisory experience is an asset
Construction certification or construction management or engineering education preferred
Experience managing controls on projects valued above $100MM
Advanced Microsoft Office and robust communication skills
