Key Responsibilities: Own complex problems across software, cloud, and operations
Build tooling that makes systems easier to operate
Collaborate with Firefox Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and IT
Analyze data, telemetry, and metrics during investigations




Identify recurring problems and reusable engineering solutions
Requirements: Substantial hands-on experience operating production systems
Robust software engineering skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
Cloud deployment experience using infrastructure as code
Experience with containers, orchestration, databases, or developer tooling
Ability to translate software, infrastructure, and operational concerns
Use cloud engineering, infrastructure as code, and operational judgment to strengthen Firefox systems and support Mozilla engineering teams.
