Support Suncor’s industrial connectivity services as a Network Analyst working from Base Plant Mine in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Use ITIL practices and operational technology experience.
This Network Analyst works within a multi-tiered support team serving private LTE, Wi-Fi, and wired infrastructure. You will collaborate with Tier 1-3 analysts, field support teams, and vendors while monitoring network performance. Responsibilities include incident triage, service requests, network documentation, reporting, disaster recovery planning, patching, and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities: Perform triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of network incidents
Monitor alarms and network health across connectivity infrastructure
Maintain accurate documentation and operational metrics reporting




Participate in disaster recovery planning and firmware patching
Support onboarding of recent network services and infrastructure
Requirements: Three or more years of network operations or infrastructure support experience
Industrial or operational technology environment experience
Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
Experience with wireless technologies and SIM management
Knowledge of Nokia, Cisco, or Rajant systems
