Key Responsibilities: Execute regional business plans for profitable growth

Monitor market share, margins, utilization, and availability

Resolve escalated customer matters effectively
Requirements: Business, Agriculture, or related post-secondary education
Leadership experience in agricultural equipment dealerships
Accountability for financial results across locations
Business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; knowledge
Solid leadership, coaching, and communication skills
