Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
12+ years’ progressive leadership experience in complex HR environments
Experience with service ownership, operating models, roadmaps, governance, and risk
Strong change leadership and executive influence across functions
CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent designation completed or in progress
Lead connected HR services, technology roadmaps, governance, and transformation for IGM Financial across three Canadian locations.
