Key Responsibilities: Deliver project milestones under bank software delivery standards
Prepare roadmaps coordinating dependencies and stakeholders

Coach teams and communicate executive project updates
Requirements: Minimum five years as an Engineering Lead or similar
Complex project delivery across design, build, test, implementation
Experience with API-driven microservice architecture
Vendor-supported technology solution management experience
Structured SDLC and change management experience in regulated environments
