Key Responsibilities: Lead global current business exploration initiatives from target generation onward
Develop innovative strategies for prospective geological terranes
Interpret regional and prospect-scale geological, geophysical, and geochemical data
Manage exploration budgets, resources,

Lead geologists and consultants across exploration programs
Requirements: Master's or PhD in Geology or related Earth Science
At least 15 years of progressive mineral exploration experience
Success discovering economically significant deposits across commodities
Expertise in geological interpretation, targeting, and project generation
Proficiency with geological modeling software and GIS applications
Shape the discovery pipeline through remote leadership, technical targeting, exploration strategy, and global new venture evaluation.
