Celero Communications Inc. seeks a DSP design engineer for optical transceivers and next-generation optical modems. The work centers on DSP algorithms, digital communications, fiber-optic systems, and communication-system modeling. Industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Research and evaluate DSP algorithms for high-speed optical systems
Design adaptive equalization and timing recovery DSP blocks
Model optical links under realistic channel conditions
Analyze noise, dispersion, polarization, and hardware impairments
Develop bit-accurate models supporting ASIC implementation
Requirements: Master’s or Ph.D. in engineering, physics, or mathematics
At least two years of related industry experience
Robust digital signal processing and communications background
Programming experience in C/C++, Python, MATLAB, or similar
Experience with optical communication DSP algorithms
Bring optical DSP, communication modeling, and algorithm development expertise to Celero’s high-speed transceiver designs.
