The position combines strategic advisory expertise, learning technologies, and talent management. Its focus includes scalable programs, competency frameworks, and development paths aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and expand the Croesus Campus center of expertise
Develop training catalogs, learning paths, and operational processes
Design digital and artificial intelligence-integrated learning solutions




Oversee Workday Learning configuration and platform optimization
Measure adoption, learning transfer, and organizational performance contributions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Advanced hands-on LMS configuration and optimization experience
Instructional design and training content creation track record
Qualified fluency in French and English
