Lead human-centered design for public sector digital services as a Senior Service Designer, working fully remotely from anywhere across Canada.
This initial 12-month contract focuses on enterprise digital services, modernization projects, and public-facing web platforms. You will shape service models, improve digital access, and collaborate with Edmonton’s digital transformation team. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and accessible design are central areas.
Key Responsibilities: Lead human-centered design across digital platforms and public portals
Plan research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing
Create journey maps and service blueprints for improvements
Translate requirements into wireframes, flows, and prototypes




Apply WCAG 2.2 AA through design reviews
Requirements: Senior UX or Service Designer experience leading end-to-end initiatives
Proficiency with prototyping, wireframing, and journey mapping
Experience building enterprise design systems and component libraries
Robust user research and usability evaluation background
Agile experience and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Bring service design, accessibility, research, and prototyping expertise to public digital platforms serving communities across Alberta.
