As a Senior Consultant, you will support AI initiatives across Sun Life’s portfolio. You will structure ambiguous problems, develop recommendations, and drive work from concept through execution. Your work will connect business, technology, architecture, security, governance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze AI priorities and emerging challenges
Develop strategies, business cases, frameworks, and roadmaps
Lead assigned AI workstreams through execution
Manage timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
Prepare executive recommendations and strategic updates
Requirements: Three or more years in strategy, consulting, or program leadership
Program management experience across cross-functional delivery
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop recommendations
Experience creating roadmaps and executive presentations
Ability to operate strategically and execute independently
