This manager leads supervisors and staff while coordinating with Airport Authority, carriers, suppliers, customers, and down line stations. Key Responsibilities: Direct aircraft handling, cargo movement, and aircraft servicing
Lead, coach, train, and motivate supervisors and staff
Schedule shifts, recruit employees, and manage performance




Coordinate loading, unloading, volumes, delays, and resource transfers
Oversee workplace safety, suppliers, budgets, and operational documentation
Requirements: High School Diploma required
Three to five years of management experience
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ability to obtain RAIC and AVOP credentials
