Lead complex proposal pursuits for AtkinsRéalis in Toronto, using advanced writing and project management skills across competitive submissions. As a Proposal Manager on the growth and strategy team, you will support Canada-region pursuits across transportation, infrastructure, defense, and operations and maintenance. You will manage proposal development from opportunity receipt through final submission, translating technical information into transparent, client-focused narratives. The work includes coordinating multidisciplinary contributors and producing responsive materials for pursuits valued at $1 million or more or deemed strategic. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end proposal development through compliant, on-time submission Coordinate schedules, reviews, contributors, communication, and proposal activities Partner with capture, technical, legal, commercial, marketing,



and graphics teams Develop compliance matrices, templates, schedules, and production tools Oversee forms, certificates, graphics, RFI logs, and document control Requirements:

Five to eight years of AEC proposal management experience Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field Strong project management, writing, editing, and deadline management skills Proficiency with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project, and Copilot Ability to create compliant, client-focused proposals communicating value and differentiation Bring proposal leadership, technical storytelling, and pursuit coordination skills to AtkinsRéalis' strategic growth work in Toronto.
