As a Senior Engineer, you will help evolve foundations that let small businesses collect and pay money simply, accurately, and securely. Your scope includes payment orchestration, multiple providers, risk and fraud, reconciliation, bill payments, and global financial workflows. You will make technical decisions across APIs, data stores, architecture, rollout, and production operation. The role combines hands-on coding with close collaboration across product and engineering. You will also contribute to engineering quality while supporting a growing Vancouver Payments Platform team.

Support global bill payments and accounting connectivity
Operate capabilities with monitoring and operational readiness
Contribute to coherent long-term platform architecture
Requirements: Proven high-throughput distributed systems delivery on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Up-to-date backend experience with Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, Ruby, or C++
Careful architecture and trade-off evaluation
Interest in learning C# and .NET
Hands-on production coding and technical deep-dive experience
