As Director of Product, you will own Method CRM’s product direction, from long-term vision through upcoming releases. You will lead a lean product team, guide Product Managers, and connect validated customer problems with business outcomes. The role requires senior product leadership experience, B2B SaaS knowledge, and solid analytical judgment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the lean product team and own its budget
Own product plans from vision through upcoming releases
Oversee discovery, definition, launch, and continuous improvement
Conduct market research and competitive analysis




Improve product processes using AI agents and automation
Requirements: Extensive senior product leadership experience
Experience building software for small and medium-sized businesses
Preferably experience in a B2B SaaS company
Knowledge of product development, UX/UI, and quality assurance
Experience leading teams through AI-first ways of working
