KOTT Inc. is seeking an experienced Design & Engineering Manager to lead our floor, wall and roof truss design team in the Greater Toronto Area. You will ensure Building Code compliance, value engineering, and on-time, in-full delivery of quotes and designs.
With 10+ years in truss/EWP design and 3+ years leading teams, you will coordinate with Designers, Sales, and Consultants, leverage MiTek software, and drive timely project completion.
