Husky Technologies seeks an Engineering Team Leader to organize and lead design teams through product development. The work includes concept development, system-level design, engineering analysis, and validation planning. You will support product definition, manage project resources, and maintain engineering quality through release.
Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering teams through the Product Development Process
Supervise concept development, evaluation, and recommendation
Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and mitigation
Facilitate weekly design reviews and planning whiteboards




Provide technical support to Sales and Service
Requirements: Strong knowledge of Stage Gate and Husky Standards
Ten or more years of engineering experience
Previous hands-on design experience and solid design skills
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
University engineering degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Bring design engineering, project management, and team development expertise to Husky Technologies’ product development work in Bolton.
