Lead materials, inventory, and transportation operations supporting production schedules and customer deliveries. Supervise warehouse employees across a full time manufacturing function.
As Materials and Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee warehouse flow, production material availability, and domestic, cross-border, and international shipments. You will partner with Production Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Shipping to manage inventory, resolve shortages, and maintain delivery performance. The position requires three to five years of leadership experience in materials management, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise warehouse employees and promote safety, integrity, accountability, and teamwork
Oversee raw materials, components, work-in-process, and finished goods flow




Review MRP/ERP requirements and address shortages or excess inventory
Coordinate staging and delivery of materials to production lines
Manage carriers, shipments, customs documentation, delays, damages, and discrepancies
Requirements: Three to five years of leadership experience in relevant operations
Experience coordinating domestic, cross-border, and international shipments
Knowledge of carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation processes
Familiarity with import/export documentation and customs requirements
Understanding of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, and production planning
Apply materials leadership, inventory control, MRP/ERP knowledge, and transportation coordination to keep manufacturing operations moving.
