As Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will shift purchasing toward category management and negotiation across SinaLite’s print and packaging categories. You will build supplier strategies, improve payment terms, and align purchasing with production schedules and demand forecasts. The work connects sourcing decisions with cash, margin, inventory, and supply continuity.
Key Responsibilities: Build category plans, supplier scorecards, and terms tracking
Renegotiate payment terms toward 45–60-day year-one targets
Balance pricing, discounts, terms, and cost of capital
Use forecasts and production schedules to manage purchasing




Lead and develop the purchasing team toward category management
Requirements: Five-plus years of manufacturing sourcing or procurement experience
Proven negotiations with documented spend and financial results
Fluency in AP days, inventory days, and cash conversion
Decisive, data-driven communication and tenacious negotiation skills
Buyer leadership, NetSuite, or SQF experience is an asset
Bring procurement leadership, financial analysis, and supplier strategy to SinaLite’s cost-reduction and inventory objectives.
