You will operate production services, design current systems, and remain accountable for architecture, security, and server-side operations. The work connects VR, desktop, and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities: Operate production web platforms and cloud services
Lead security hardening and maintain compliance evidence
Build server and web services for connected applications
Integrate hospital IT environments and enterprise single sign-on




Review backend designs and record technical decisions
Requirements: Five-plus years operating services holding sensitive user data
Sound judgment choosing technology stacks for problems
On-premise server deployment experience in customer environments
Authentication and SSO experience with OIDC, SAML, and Active Directory
Compliance experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 13485
