Giatec Scientific Inc. is hiring a Manager, Sales to lead the North American SmartRock team. You will coach a blended team of BDRs, Account Executives, and Enterprise Account Managers to win current clients and grow the existing book of business.
The role emphasizes coaching-first leadership and embedding AI and automation into the sales motion. The position is hybrid with Ottawa area preferred, and offers a salary between CAD 110,000 and CAD 160,000 per year.
